Fees are £120 per hour.
Our initial meeting ('initial assessment') is 1 hour 20 minutes long and costs £250. Following the initial assessment, we will write a comprehensive report summarising our session, including the formulation and recommendations for managing the problem. We will also liaise with school or your child’s nursery.
Subsequent sessions last 1 hour and cost £120.
We am happy to travel to schools for sessions or meetings when convenient and will charge travel time in addition to the length of the meeting. Travel is charged at £60 per hour, plus any travel expenses (e.g. train fares).
Fees can either be paid directly by parents or as part of a health insurance package. We are a specialist health provider for numerous health insurers including BUPA, AXA PPP Healthcare, Aviva, Cigna, and Simply Health. Parents need to seek authorisation from their health insurer before an assessment appointment is booked and provide details of their health insurance by completing the patient information form.
You will recieve an invoice following each session. This can be paid by card machine at the clinic or via BACS.
For sessions funded by Private Medical Insurance, invoices will be sent direct to the insurer. Please ensure you have authorisation prior to commencing sessions. If insurers fail to pay, payment will be sought directly.
I am more than happy to change and alter the time of an appointment but I require at least 48 hours notice to do so. I will send an email reminder to you 48 hours prior to the session so if there are any problems with the time, please do let me know straight away.
Unfortunately, if you give me less than 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment, I will have to invoice you the full rate for this missed session. This is because due to the late notice, I will be unable to offer the time to another family.
