Including:
- Full developmental history interview with parents using gold standard measures (About Young DIVA-5 - DIVA Foundation)
- DIVA interview with child
- QB Check with child
- School observation/interview
- Full and comprehensive report including diagnosis, strengths, needs, recommendations for home and school.
PRICE £2300 (minus initial screening fee of £150)
Dual Assessment for Autism and ADHD
Including:
- Full developmental history interview with parents (using gold standard measure The DISCO).
- Full developmental history using DIVA for ADHD
- QB Check with child
- DIVA interview with child
- Social Communication observation (using the Autism diagnostic observation schedule (ADOS) assessment)
- School observation/interview
- Full and comprehensive report including diagnosis, strengths, needs, recommendations for home and school.
