Parents who are applying for an EHCP or looking to reassess needs may seek an assessment of mental health. This will feed directly into the EHCP and will inform the provision that is required in order to meet the child's needs.

In order to provide a report, we will need to:

- Review any professional reports you already have (e.g. from Educational Psychologists, speech and language therapists etc.)

- Meet you and your child in the clinic (usually for two 1 hour sessions but this can vary depending on your child's needs)

- Speak to your child's school or education provider

- Ask you and/or your child and school to complete a small number of standardised questionnaires.

Absolutely! 

We will provide a comprehensive report of strengths and needs in terms of your child's emotional, social and mental health. It will be written in such a way that it will inform the EHCP document directly. Provision recommendations will be given which are specific, goal oriented, and clearly defined. These strategies will be evidence based and robustly defined within the report.

Yes, the clinical psychologist is able to attend a tribunal. This will be charged at £1000 per day, £500 per half day.
